Start by reading the Start Here page!

  1. Make sure you are logged in.
  2. Go to the Members Area.
  3. Click the Community link and request to join our SHS Facebook Group.

SHS FB-Email
  1. Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
  2. Click the Change Plan link on the appropriate subscription.
  3. Choose a plan and then click SELECT PLAN.
  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Click the Change Password link.
  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Click the Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your Username or Email Address.
  4. Check your email and follow the instruction.

Yes, you may pause or cancel at anytime.

  1. Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
  2. Click the Pause link on the appropriate subscription.
  3. Click OK on the Pop-up after verifying the correct subscription has been selected.
  1. To resume the subscription again, Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
  2. Click the Resume link on the appropriate subscription.
  3. Click OK on the Pop-up after verifying the correct subscription has been selected.
  1. Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
  2. Click the Cancel link on the appropriate subscription.
  3. Click OK on the Pop-up after verifying the correct subscription has been selected.

If you cancel your subscription, your membership will still be active until the current period ends. This means you’ll have access until your latest transaction expires. When the transaction expires, you won’t be rebilled, and your membership will go inactive/expired.
