How do I engage with the community?
- Make sure you are logged in.
- Go to the Members Area.
- Click the Community link and request to join our SHS Facebook Group.

How do I upgrade to the yearly plan?
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
- Click the Change Plan link on the appropriate subscription.
- Choose a plan and then click SELECT PLAN.
How do I change my password?
- Go to My Account.
- Click the Change Password link.
I forgot my password; how can I reset it?
- Go to the Login page.
- Click the Forgot Password.
- Enter your Username or Email Address.
- Check your email and follow the instruction.
Can I pause or cancel my membership at anytime?
Yes, you may pause or cancel at anytime.
How do I pause my subscription?
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
- Click the Pause link on the appropriate subscription.
- Click OK on the Pop-up after verifying the correct subscription has been selected.
How do I resume my paused subscription?
- To resume the subscription again, Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
- Click the Resume link on the appropriate subscription.
- Click OK on the Pop-up after verifying the correct subscription has been selected.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
- Click the Cancel link on the appropriate subscription.
- Click OK on the Pop-up after verifying the correct subscription has been selected.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, your membership will still be active until the current period ends. This means you’ll have access until your latest transaction expires. When the transaction expires, you won’t be rebilled, and your membership will go inactive/expired.
